From start to finish, the Clarence Dental Practice provides excellent patient care. Rik and his team are professional, and it shows in their work. The receptionists and nurses are friendly and welcoming, and the patients are well taken care of. Every appointment is sufficiently long so that patients do not feel rushed. Rik ensures that patients understand the treatment plan before they leave the room. Patients are given various treatment options as well as information on required treatment so that they can make an informed decision. The practice was clean, and the aesthetic has a very calm feeling, which adds to the patients' experience.Patients also do not have to wait months for an appointment. They approached the booking system in such a way that if a patient needs a hygienist appointment, it can be done on the same day, saving time and preventing the patient from having to return to the dentist on another day.
To book an appointment with Clarence Dental Practice was the best decision. All my concerns and issues have been sorted. Some sensitiveness of my teeth, old darkened fillings and front chipped teeth do not bother me anymore. Thanks to Rikesh and his wonderful team. All the attention, care and respect made this treatment very comfortable and easy. This is my best experience I’ve had with dentists. I would highly recommend this friendly and professional team. Clarence Dental Practice is an excellent choice for you. Rik is so skilful and explains everything very carefully. My teeth are in a much better condition since I have been one of his patients. I fully recommend this practice - everyone is so friendly and accommodating.
Clarence Dental Practice is THE best dental practice I have had the pleasure to visit!!! My previous dental practice was all I knew so did not have anything to compare to. I was recommended Clarence Dental Practice by a friend. I booked my appointment and from the moment I walked in I was treated like I was a member of their family. The enthusiastic and friendly greeting at reception to then be shown into the clean, modern and comfortable waiting area. Prior to the appointment I was sent the registration forms as an option to complete before arrival to save time. This is a small touch but made the experience better so I did not have to spend time on a clip board. However, the real advantage was that Dr Patel had already reviewed by information and was able to spend the time on my appointment examining my mouth. The actual appointment was the most thorough examination I have ever had. Dr Patel spent time looking at every aspect of my teeth and general mouth health, utilizing modern technology and then spent time explaining and showing me he assessment conclusions. Dr Patel's knowledge and experience was really evident to the extent that it made me seriously question my previous Dental Practice, from the view that they were never that thorough and not that detailed in explaining the assessment to me. I had a follow-on appointment with the hygienist and again, the appointment was so thorough I came out with the feeling of having new teeth. The hygienist took the time to use a model of teeth and explain exactly how I should brush and then took the time to find me the correct type of flossing brushes. I have never really taken the health of my mouth seriously save from investing in an electric toothbrush and using mouth wash. After visiting Clarence Dental Practice I have found an enthusiasm and desire to do more to improve my mouth health. They are not just dental practitioners they are teachers who inspire you to do much better with the hygiene and health of your mouth. My advice to anyone reading this is to give Dr Patel and his team a try, I am absolutely confident that once you have this 5+++ service you will not go to any other Dental Practice. I used to be absolutely petrified of going the dentist until I started going to see Rik. He is the only dentist to put me at ease right from day one and has continued throughout the last 17 years as being his patient! Rik has looked after my teeth with his continuous care and attention. He's always looking for solutions before they become a problem, so his work is primarily preventative, foreseeing potential issues, working on the best way forward to ensure good dental health and maintenance. He explains everything with clarity and precision and always ensures I completely understand his processes which are always pain and anxious free. If I could give more stars I would as I cannot recommend Rik Clarence Dental highly enough!
Dr Rik Patel and the team made me feel immediately at ease which is exactly what I need as a nervous patient. This is a great dental practice whether it’s for an invisible filling or teeth straightening through Invisalign. I’d highly recommend!

I have been visiting this clinic since last October and so far, have been very impressed at their service. I was at a very high risk of severe gum disease worsening and had terrible bleeding gums. I saw a couple of dentists in the area but was not satisfied with the initial assessment, as I found them to be more like a billing company rather than a patient centric company. I then visited Dr Rik Patel on several recommendations. The quality of advice and detail he gave me after my initial assessment and x-rays was incomparable. He explained the issues I had so easily that I could finally understand why I was suffering from these problems and took the time to do so. He started the Periodontal treatment of my gums and made a remarkable improvement almost immediately after the first session. The entire course of treatment was expertly carried over 5 sessions and it feels completely different now and so much healthier. He went the extra mile each and every time I came to see him and advised me on how best to take care of the gums and teeth going forwards. The reception staff are very professional and helpful. I was particularly impressed to receive a call from them the next day after each session, just to find out how am I doing and if the treatment went well. This is the kind of personal touch you rarely get in any clinic. The nurse was very caring and highly trained in assisting Dr Patel. Can sum up Clarence Dental Practice in 3 words, EXCEPTIONAL, EXPERIENCED and TRUSTWORTHY Keep up the great work Clarence Team!!!
Whilst not being a big fan of the dentist generally, I can say that Rik and his team make the experience as easy painless! as possible; from automated booking reminders, a friendly "hello" at reception, an excellent "chair-side" manner - and even post-visit follow-up calls to check that all has gone well. In an age of poor customer service, this is one of the best I've had in recent years.
It's actually hard to find a dental practice where you are treated with compassion and respect but this practice definitely offers the best of service. Fantastic experience from the amazing reception team to the top notch care and professionalism of Dr. Rik and dental nurses. Great dental practice indeed. Would highly recommend.
