Alex and team are doing their damndest to get through all the restrictions. They keep the beer really well. The roast is fantastic. With the outdoor burner, even a rainy Saturday afternoon can become a pleasant experience.

Plenty of outside seating under cover. Nice selection of cask ales. Large garden with children's play area. Cricket on the green opposite.
Nice staff and a great kids play area, sadly the food is normal frozen food fried or reheated, nothing bad but nothing special. They looked to have a good selection of beer and ale though which would have liked to try.
The squirrel is an amazing pub with excellent beer and a great selection of food

Booked a surprise birthday event for 12... food was good and staff helpful and you felt safe under these present circumstances.
Simple menu done superbly well. New owner, very friendly and welcoming. Great range of beer. Lovely staff.
