Visited on 22nd of March with my partner & 2 year old, ordered some drinks and chicken goujons chips for my little one, we waited around 35 mins before asking where his food was the bartender apologised as she forgot to give the ticket to the kitchen said she was new, we waited a further 15 mins before his food arrived he was served fish chips and peas not what we ordered. My partner took this back to the bar where the chef was standing he had realised that the bartender had given him the wrong ticket, the chef apologised and said he would get it sorted straight away, we waited a further 10 mins finally the correct dish had arrived my little one was desperate to get tucked in. As I was cutting up the chicken goujons for him to eat I realised that these weren’t cooked in the middle. We had been served raw chicken! We asked the same bartender to speak to the chef again he offered us a refund of £7 for the meal which we accepted finished our drinks and left. Appalling customer service especially from the bartender was so disinterested in the whole situation and the chef serving us raw chicken as he tried to rush it out. No wonder the place was empty!!
When staying in Crieff recently we went to the Square for our meal, based on previous reviews. Lovely, friendly restaurant, nice decor and delicious food. We opted to share some tapas. The food tasted so nice and very freshly made. Decently priced too. So would highly recommend

This bar is a hidden gem for families, offering exceptional service and an outstanding food selection. The Spanish tapas are authentic, with the best croquetas de jamón I've had in ages and sublime papas con mojo. The variety of dishes caters to all tastes, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The Spanish owner adds a warm, welcoming touch, making the atmosphere even more inviting. Whether it be with family or friends - highly recommended!
This bar was very quiet in the early afternoon when I stopped for a beer. However, the decor, standard of cleanliness, and choice of beers was impressive.nnI was served by Lauren who is very friendly, efficient, and extremely good at relating to customers. I was impressed.nnShe gave me a dinner recommendation for Craobh Kroov - tree in Gaelic for tomorrow night. I looked at the menu and was hooked.nnThe only time they could accommodate me was at 4:45pm, which I gratefully accepted. Good sign if they are so popular. Review to follow.nnThanks Lauren.
