Tonight I was out for the first time in 8 mouths i will say that I really enjoyed my time in the Sportsman they entered to the Covid-19 restrictions but it was still a very enjoyable experience within the pub.
Great pub! Barmaid helped us pick the best cider I ve tasted so far.
A warm welcome and friendly staff. A place where you are never alone for very long.
Friendly, very nice pub selling beer brewed by a local brewery. Well worth visiting but check closing rimes as I thought it closed at 11.00pm and upon arriving at 09.40pm was informed they were closing at 10.00pm. Was served without problem though and asked if I wanted another just before 10.00pm.
Great range of draught ale and cider
Friendly atmosphere, good ales, comfortable; a mood lifting experience
Very self opinionated lady playing pool, from what I could gather had nothing good to say about anyone. Wish I'd taken a photo.
Freindly staff and customers. Place is always clean and tidy.
