Don't bother, for the price advertising a breakfast £9.95 you'd expect a large with tea included but only 1 of everything. Lady at the till lovely but the lady that was serving the food approx 50s dark short hair was absolutely disgraceful, full of attitude, shouting back to my table, the cheek of her, no customer service skills at all for someone of her age. Will never go back again and wouldn't advise anyone else neither, keep your money and spend elsewhere!!
Avoid at all costs! Horrendous coffee, probably one of the worst I've had. Pastries are stale. Left an unpleasant taste which lingered for most of the afternoon. Unclear if it's table service or order at the till. Understaffed, but the staff that this there is friendly.
Egg was still frozen in my bap. Coffee Luke warm and tasted like warm skimmed milk. Seems like the cafe here is now called 'cafe betws-y-coed' which is beyond audacious IMHO. Don't waste your money.
Had a lovely couple of cappuccinos and 2 full english breakfasts. Clean and tidy. Nice food and friendly prompt service. Extra seating in Nemos Fish and Chips when busy via connecting door.
Went to cafe and bought a mediocre at best coffee so i can use the bathroom. Has no bathroom..... Told to go to public toilet which you have to pay for and it's cash only. What year is this!?
Not sure if the cafe here is still called the same, but regardless, the cafe here was pretty awful. Staff were very friendly but the food was poor. Cold bacon rolls and soggy chips. Didn't have much in the way of drinks in there either. All in all, very disappointing and a complete waste of money. Avoid and accept you may have to queue to visit one of the better establishments on this row.
Went with friends and husband Just had drinks , asked is there toilets staff said no toilets, there was a notice on the door which you could only see on the way out cafe clean staff okay won’t be going again .
Shambles. Coffee is Luke warm and rank. The chips are undercooked and haven't been salted at all. The cheese and ham toastie was missing the ham. The staff are pleasant enough, but when your menus is as long as a post-it and can't even do that right you know you're on a hiding to nothing.
We Visited the Cafe for the first time on the 13th October 2022 , Excelent Service with fantastic breakfast .
Served bland chilli with lumpy unseasoned rice. Told me this was because it was was basmati rice.
