I visit the Spectacle Factory for all my glasses and I live in Suffolk!nThey introduced me to these amazing Maui Jim sunglasses several years ago and now wouldn’t wear anything else. The lenses are incredible..bring out the colours of things …and as a migraine sufferer they are brilliant…highly recommend and also the Spectacle Factory for their superb customer service.

First class experience from Robert and all who work at The Spectacle Factory.nThe most detailed eye test I've ever had plus getting excellent advice regarding frames, lenses, tints and coatings.nWill certainly be using The Spectacle Factory in future.nn2024.....Just visited again. Just as before, an eye test using the very latest technology operated by the best trained personnel.nTwo frames reglazed with top of the range Zeiss lenses including tints, Adaptive Sun technology and mirror costings.nA third rimless frame purchased, again using Zeiss lenses but this time designed by Robert himself, faceted edges and a Sweet Violet tint. Exceptional.nI know The Spectacle Factory is quite a way from where I live but it's worth every mile travelled.
The best Optician/Glasses store I have ever seen by a long, long way.nFrom eye test to choosing frames & lenses, the team at The Spectacle Factory are brilliant.nI will never go anywhere else from now on, and I’ll be recommending all my friends & family do the same.
I called in just to see what frames they had as I wasn’t happy with the glasses I got from another optician. The assistant that helped me was really good at choosing the right frame for me. There was plenty of choice and she encouraged me to try different frames. Great advice and I am really pleased with the service and the glasses I have. Very different to anything I’ve had before. I’d definitely recommend Spectacle Factory if you’re looking for a good optician with a great choice of frames
Visited the store today after talking to their social media team. Upon arrival I was greeted by Emma, and what a lovely warm welcome it was. I mentioned what had been discussed online and was taken straight to the product that was recommended to me, Maui Jim Mavericks with a titanium frame and blue lenses.nEmma took the time to ensure I was happy with them and went out of here way to adjust them to perfect the fitment of them.nHer passion and professionalism shone through throughout my time there. And even though she was fully aware of my budget she also took the time to show me, and let me try on some of the ultra high end incredible pieces they have in stock.nVery impressed with Emma and the store overall and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to get myself a pair of Cartier’s to match my watch
