Awful website and service. website constantly deletes what's in my basket then they have the audacity to send an email saying I haven't paid for items in my cart with a discount code which wasn't offered originally. then states I no longer have an account! 

As per your response below from the "owner" rather than passing the blame onto a customer if you did your research you would find your staff sent me an email to state it was their fault they sent the wrong email out regarding the code. 1st rule of customer service get your facts right before you try and blame the customer!!!! absurdly rude.

Always helpful and willing to discuss products. Very flexible about delivery options and friendly service. I have always found they are particularly helpful with technical advice and supportive of needs of a small scale crafter as well as providing necessary information for compliance with regulations.

I love ordering from TSK, I love their website and the products they carry. They are often cheaper or equal in price than mainland Europe. I am in Germany and while we have some soap making suppliers their prices are awful, or their customer service is the worst! So if prices are equal with shipping I will always order from TSK. I am frequent customer and love their scents, their oils, colorants but also packaging supplies. I hope not much will change after Brexit, it would be a shame not to order from them anymore, or at least not worthwhile due to import tax. 
I also loved  their flexibility in adding an item to an order as I forgot an item once and they were kind enough to add it on to the previous order at no charge. This is not always a given. I recommend them to all soapers and those that make their own cosmetics. Lastly, they offer the needed documents, such as IFRA's and EU Allergen list right on their webpage, which makes it real easy. Other companies like Manske in Germany is a real pain, where you have to jump through loops just to get the proper documentation. Soap Kitchen - can you open up shop in Germany:) ?
