My self and partner visited the store on bank holiday Monday and from the second we walked through the store we were greeted by very friendly and welcoming members of staff. Whilst looking around we were asked several times and if we needed help finding anything specific and when we did the staff were happy to come and take any large items off us so we could continue shopping unencumbered. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and by the variety and quality of the procook products sold in the store and would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase quality fair priced products to visit this store.

Fantastic! The shop is well laid out, light and welcoming and the staff very friendly. Found exactly what I was looking for at a very good price. I will visit again next time I'm in the area.

Went knowing what I wished to buy, some enamel oven pans/trays. The assistant greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed any help. We had already spotted what we wanted and purchased a drip tray and 2 roasting trays. She was very pleasant and friendly, explained the warranty and asked us to put our postcode onto the tablet so we could have our receipt emailed as proof of purchase (yes, I would have lost the paper one!). It was a positive experience thank you.

The shop staff are very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with procook ceramic wok and frying pan. I definitely be back there to buy more.
