We were there for winter wonderland to see Santa's show and it was just perfect for our kids and for ourselves as well. Definitely we will return there because you can do a lot of things. And we definitely recommend this wonderful place !

Amazing fun day out for all the kids and even the adults too. We went for a birthday trip for the Snow fun park where there was a giant snow slide, snow area and mini snow slide and house. We had to arrive earlier than the booked slot to prepare, but also the venue was packed full, you needed the extra time for parking too. Parking is a couple of £s.  The snow park was amazing, lots of fun to be had in 30 mins. We all had a great time on the slide and would highly recommend and would come back again.  At the snow dome, there was also ice skating, swimming pool, skiing and rock climbing, lots of fun for everyone.

Amazing Santa Winter Wonderland adventure. Everything was really good organized. One way system. Take care you are starting with snow zone for first 30 min, so is really important to not be late, after are Santa theatre, after animals and carousel room. We did not know that we can not choose the rooms for ourselves. Otherwise was great. See you next year.

Great spot for family fun. Kids did ice skating and climbing walls, but there was also skiing and swimming fun to do another day. Aspen dinner was great for quick tasty food: burgers, pizza etc. Order on QR code and food arrived promptly.

Fantastic to get the real snow experience.  We did Sat and Sun morning and Sat was far busier. 9-11 wasn't too bad but 11-12 was REALLY busy.  Lockers require a 20p so you need lose change.

thank u we say 4 and half stars   I think  there should b a bit more time on the snow  as the kids asked can they go back and play in the snow . Also in the aspen the loaded skin on fries  was dry and felt like been reheated no bacon on it .ham and Pineapple  pizza  was really good  thanks we hope to come again but it's a good drive tho thank u from us

First time Indoor skiing, this is a nice place especially for beginners to learn and practice. Friendly staff. Only downside is the space is not that big, 3 sections of short slopes, a bit small for intermediate and above.

I've been looking for a venue where parents and children can learn to climb together. This is the perfect place for me and my daughter to learn climbing. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to help us!  There was also ice skating, swimming pool and skiing, lots of fun for everyone.  Car park is free for the first 30 minutes then £2.

We went climbing yesterday. My son is afraid of heights, but staff was fantastic, they went above and beyond to help him and he loved it! He had a great time and we will definitely go back. Thank you so much, Niko was thrilled!

Love this place. It's well worth keeping an eye out for the many deals they have on as you can often get a good discount. On this occasion I was doing a Fast Track 1 snowboard lesson. 3 hours of awesomeness  The instructors are superb, Matt in this case was our snowboard instructor and had the whole group doing solo runs by the end of the session.  There is a learning slope that is in the picture and then the main slope where you can go once you know what you are doing.  Also at the dome is a mass of kids activities to have a go at snow tubing, ice skating, climbing etc and restaurants. You could easily make a day of it.  Nearby is a large lake if you fancy some fresh air and their is plenty of parking which is £2ish.  Tip 1: Make sure you have 20p for the lockers! It's non refundable.  Tip 2: If you are on the slope it gets really warm really quickly. Don't out too many layers on.  Tip 3: Take a bottle of water for a lesson.
