This is a dentist I have used for many years and always a first class professional collection of highly skilled people. Regardless of who you see you will receive the best care possible from any practice anywhere. They always only do what is required and not like other practices where they seem to be making up work for the sake of it. They look after you as if they are your own personal family and you really are valued and treated so well
Visited the dentist today after many years of being nervous after a bad experience at another dentist. The dentist was calm and made me feel relaxed, and I was so greatful to him for that. So happy to have found a dentist that I feel comfortable with and reassured.
Excellent clinic. Very friendly staff. Dentist very professional with levels of care appropriate to patients special requirement. Post treatment advice given and a genuine caring attitude to patients.
Fab service. Appointments always available. Always fully explains what is happening. Very supportive and calming. Good reminder service with plenty of emails and ability to add to Calendar for reminding.
Highly recommend. Fantastic experience every time at Smile Clinic and more so when I had a recent extraction. Helmi and Ann put me at ease and the whole procedure was a lot less painful and bearable than I thought it would be. Also thanks and a shout out to Aby on reception who is ever so helpful and personable in her approach.
Excellent Dentist, friendly and professional team, spotless surgery and waiting area. Had a tooth extracted today by Dr Vahora she was great with me and her assistant too.
Ive recently moved to this dental surgery after over 20 years with another, which was unfortunately taken over by a very corporate management team that are disingenuous and seem to value profit over purpose. I was very apprehensive about moving but was recommended to the Horwich Smile Clinic by a family member. Im so glad that I did transfer, they are a breath of fresh air. Lovely welcoming reception staff and relaxed atmosphere. The dentist and dental nurse were excellent. My check up was really thorough and the explanation for my treatment plan was clear and unhurried, giving me clear choices without pressure. My first round of treatment was great and I feel much less anxious about going back. The whole team work really well togethe, so thank you
The Smile Clinic has always been a great dentist. With helpful, professional, lovely staff. My youngest son is Autistic and struggles with change and different places, which causes him to have melt downs. All the staff are really understanding and kind and will accommodate his needs the best they can. Thank you.
Been going to this dentist a while now and I would recommend it, it’s clean and plenty of seating while waiting. Only downside is you can’t pay with your card got to do it on line but when I’ve tried to do it it’s always down it’s so annoying it would be so much easier and less stressful paying by card at the dentist.
I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Anisa Vahora. After years of being a loyal patient, I missed one appointment due to a personal emergency, and now they refuse to treat me anymore. What's even more frustrating is that just a week earlier, the dentist canceled one of my appointments due to their own personal reasons. This level of inflexibility and lack of empathy is unacceptable. I expected better care and understanding from a healthcare professional.
