Wok Inn is awesome. I enjoyed the service except for the fact that I waited for a bit for my order. Interestingly people who arrived after me and placed their orders left me while I was waiting for mine... Not sure why that happened but it might be a one-time thing. Perhaps on my next visit the experience will be different. Aside that, everything was great.
Best Chinese takeaway in Bedford in my opinion, and they are open on Mondays! LOVE the crispy chilli beef : it's sooo crispy. We keep returning for more and being pleasantly surprised!Food: 5/5
Ordered chicken curry. Menu says served with boiled rice. When got home with meal there was no rice. Called shop and was told it was my fault as did not ask for rice. Lady very rude. Not the same staff. Gone down hill recently. Have used for many years
After using this takeaway for 20years i won't b any longer,altho it has changed hands the service in particular has gone dramatically downhill,tonight placed order to collect & the time I was in store the phone rang with complaint after complaint. Girl taking the orders had no customer care & quite frankly was rude & had attitude with customers on the phone. I then got home to find my order wrong,phoned & explained that there was no rice with the currymenu states rice comes with curry to be argued with that it was my fault I didn't order rice‍ manager came on same attitude,no apology & wouldn't except that there menu clearly states all curries come with rice. The fact that I had witnessed the same attitude & all the customers were wrong in store for myself, then to have them do the same to me, & standard of food has declined I will no longer be using WOK INN,nor RECOMMEND it to anyone
Called back after hour and 15 mins waiting for food to be told they’d not started the order yet will be another 30 minutes. Woman was not apologetic/rude. Had to cancel order

Wok Inn has been here for as long as I can remember, there’s a good reason, because the food is great, the prices are competitive and their food hygiene rating is a 5/5. They prepare your food quickly and efficiently, it comes out piping hot and it tastes amazing. Easily the best Chinese takeaway in Bedford. They’re not on JustEat but you can park right outside and they take card payments, or call up for delivery.

Everybody needs to share this! Wok inn on London road Bedford are absolutely disgusting! They are rude, unapologetic and have certainly lost our custom. My sister in law is a regular customer, this week alone has spent over £100 with them. Both times this week & on previous occasions have forgot some of the food ordered & when informing them of this there is no sorry, they decided to call me crazy on the phone, didn’t let me speak kept shouting down the phone at me. I am a customer I have spent money. I understand people forget things in life all I wanted was a apology and perhaps some consideration “hey have some spring rolls for the inconvenience” nothing. When I went to the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager, they said no were to busy. After waiting 15 minutes the “manager” came out didn’t say sorry again, told me I don’t care about your business and walked off!! I can not stress this enough do not order from these people!
