Having to have my dog of 15 years put to sleep is hard but I cannot thank the vets and staff including receptionist for making it as easy as possible they was very sympathetic and genuine. I have been using these vets for over 40 years would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
The measure of an effective organisation committed to quality is its ability to take accountability when things go wrong and learn from them. When I recently complained about a communication failure, the Shrubbery compounded the issue by refusing to actually address my complaint. When this was pointed out to them, they reacted defensively and vindictively by withdrawing their “professional services” their words not mine in the middle of treatment, giving me two week’s notice my next appointment was in three week’s time. My complaint was not about the care my animal received but rather their failure to communicate which led to a considerable delay in diagnosis and appropriate treatment. I consider this to be a dereliction of professional duty to my animal and myself and a breach of professional standards. I have referred the matter to the ADR service for the veterinary sector, but I fully expect the Shrubbery to decline to participate, as this would be entirely consistent with their lamentable behaviour to date.
We have taken our cats to the shrubbery for over thirty year and are extremely happy with the treatment our pets have had, they are a very caring and talented team, well done all of you and thanks for your help.
Shrubbery vets are the best vets and I wouldn't use anywhere else Nuno the vet is the most compassionate vet your ever meet treats pets with respect, love and dignity

The dog Bert seemed happy when he came out from the treatment room. Very reasonable charges which made me happy
My dog had a seizure and I took him to The Shurbbery and they dealt with it very quickly and were very helpful and caring, just what you need when your worried about your pet. Aftercare was excellent too. Highly recommended.
