Another great massage and waxing treatment at the spa. The staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Great deep tissue massage. The waxing was the least painful one I had with smooth skin and no problems afterward. 3 weeks on and still looking good.

Its not a client review. I have been temping at various salons and spas across London for the past few months and have been thrown into various working environments. I work for myself, so i havent been asked to write this review.  Worked at this Spa a few times now and  must say that the management and the quality of  stands out from the rest of places in London. Very friendly environment, where managers seems to be looking after their staff members. The cleanliness and hygiene is fantastic. I would highly recommend it to friends and those visiting London. It is modern, has character, friendly, professional and clean

Originally disappointed by the wax service I had at the spa, I left a review here and been contacted by the management to offer me a complementary treatment to make up for my disappointment. The latter treatment went very well and the staff were all very kind to me.

Came for a visit with a friend for massage... I love how positive and professional everyone here are. They truly seem to love what they do!  Can't wait to come back for another stress relieving spa appointment!
