I’ve been coming to Shisha Garden for years, and it’s one of my favourite shisha places. The shisha is amazing, the food is really nice, and the interior is beautiful.nnHowever, when I visited this week, most of the staff seemed quite moody, which is fine as people may go through some stuff. The only friendly member of staff was the lady who showed us to our table. One thing I do like is that when you press the buzzer, a waiter comes over straight away, which is great service.nnOverall, I still love this place, but I hope the staff are a bit more welcoming in the future.
The place is nice and big. The atmosphere is great, but Slow service and very unprofessional staff. We reserved a table for 7 people but were seated at a table for 6. When we ordered, each of us had to order a main course otherwise we were not allowed to order alcohol, plus drinks, which made the table extremely crowded and uncomfortable.nnWhen we asked to move to a larger table or to join another table, our request was refused. We used the call button for the waiter, but the response was quite slow, and the food we ordered arrived at the table with a delay.nnWe ordered shots which were simply placed on the table without any explanation or description of what they contained from the waiter.nnThe food quality was average. We also asked for an ashtray, which ended up being placed on a plate because there was no space left on the table.nnOur final bill was around £400, which is certainly not cheap, and unfortunately the service and overall experience did not match the price.
Very disappointing experience.nWe came here simply to have some drinks, but after sitting down we were told that we were forced to order food as well if we wanted alcoholic drinks. This should have been made clear before we entered or sat down. We didn’t come for dinner and shouldn’t feel pressured into buying food we didn’t want. Unfortunately, this completely ruined the experience for us. Clear communication with customers would make a big difference.
Avoid at all costs. I was there last week and the food was terrible, it was all microwaved food, the table near us gave their food back and so did we! I ordered a chicken wrap and god knows how they got that wrong. It was inedible. The shisha is absolutely horrendous lol. Honestly avoid, awful place
Manager is extremely unprofessional when communicating to customers and staff - witnessed them speaking rudely to female members of staff with no regard to their feelings and could clearly see that staff felt uncomfortable for the remaining time I had spent there. I will not be returning until the manager fixes his disgusting attitude. AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE - much nicer venues in London more reasonably priced.
