Had family up from Essex & booked meal for 8 people, we all had different meals & all arrived freshly cooked & presented perfectly. Family said it was the best meal they have had in ages. The staff were very friendly, the gardens beautiful & will definitely be back
Close to home and always a reliable place to eat. Sun and patio for lunch which was very good indeed. Still my favourite local eating venue.
Seems to be a nice place. We were there unfortunately for a funeral but we'll be trying it again under different circumstances. Looks right and it's close to home.
New to the area so first time to The Ship, great service, great atmosphere and fantastic food. Will definitely be returning

Best place to eat round here
Sat in the peaceful garden having a lovely lunch. I had seabass it was delicious my friend had the steak & ale pie which she said was scrumptious xx staff friendly and helpful.
Lovely venue but the food portions were very small except for the fish and chips. Lacking in vegetables. Expensive for what was served.
