The food looks great on the pictures, but the menu is huge and very confusing. We came for smoothies but didn't find them listed anywhere. It turned there was a paper printout that listed them all. The smoothies were tasty, but for their size they were expensive. For a food service place the washrooms are fairly dirty.

I recently tried the Ferrero waffle at Shake Therapy, and it was bursting with flavors! The crispy texture really enhanced the overall experience, making each bite enjoyable. However, I did wish the center portion of the waffle had the same crispiness to match the outer layers.  Overall, it was a rich, creamy, and delicious waffle that satisfied my sweet tooth. While a few tables and chairs could have been cleaner, the delightful taste of the waffles more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend Shake Therapy for a tasty treat! Recently visited Shake Therapy and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Each milkshake is made with the perfect balance of rich, creamy ice cream and delicious toppings. The shakes are absolutely delicious and yummy. They have unique range of flavors, from classic flavors to creative combinations, they offer a wide range of options that will satisfy any craving. SHAKE THERAPY will be definitely in my list to visit. South Indian Dosa’s are available here in they got wide varieties as main course here.

Our family tried out the Shake Therapy as our last day of school treats! Everything was amazing! We ordered a Karamel Sutra, Apple Crunch Freakshake, Strawberry Indulgence Shake, Red Velvet Wondershake and a Shake Shooter! As a bonus for ordering the number of shakes we did, we had a choice a free slice of cheesecake! Everything looked like it does in their advertising!

One of the Best Dosa’s we have had in North America. Very Authentic and tasty. Crispy and tasted yummy with all the accompaniments, a must visit restaurant in London.Food: 5/5

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The portion sizes are very generous, and everything I tried was delicious. Their shakes are especially fantastic—creamy, flavourful, and perfectly made. When you're craving a sweet treat, this place hits the spot. We all got the fancy milkshakes, which came with cheesecake and other desserts on top of the regular milkshake. They were really good and you get your bang for your buck. The service was great too, the gentleman running the counter let us keep our mason jars for the milkshakes/gave us containers and bags. He also gave my sister an upgraded piece of cheesecake and gave my niece a free chocolate. Just really went out of their way to offer great service, we will definitely come back again!! The place was amazing and shakes were outstanding.If uh looking for something different plz hit the place . The guy vishal was very respectful and provide an excellent serving .Food: 5/5

Staff are friendly.  The cake wasn’t like on the picture. It has way less Oreo inside and on top compared to their pic and it was kind of dry.  But great atmosphere and friendly staff.  I also like how spacious the place is.  Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for a big stroller.
