The best customer service I've received in a long time! The team are so lovely and accommodating - they were so helpful in getting me set up with a new sewing machine and arranging the right courier - it arrived in perfect condition and works like a dream! Worth every penny. Thank you Chris and Ellie!

Excellent service. I bought two industrial machines, which were built and shipped all the way to me in Guernsey very speedily and in perfect condition. I was able to finish assembling them easily on my own and get straight back to business.
