The Sessile is by far the best rental apartment I have seen in London, from the most pleasant common spaces to a vibrant community of residents it has been an amazing experience. Living at The Sessile has been an absolute pleasure! The building is modern, well-maintained, and offers great amenities. A special shoutout to Laura, who is incredibly helpful & approachable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable living experience!
The Sessile is conveniently located less than a five minute walk from Tottenham Hale Station, connecting both the underground and National Rail, as well as the bus stop.nThe area offers beautiful parks, reservoirs and wetlands, just minutes away.nThere is a large retail park offering supermarkets, home goods, a pharmacy, pet store and fast food.nAlthough Tottenham Hale town center is a 10 minute walk from The Sessile, it would be nice to have more cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We can see the area is developing quickly and are quite sure these will soon arrive.nnWe love the fact there is a pub across the street and a yoga studio in the adjacent building.nnThe Sessile is a thoughtfully designed building complex. With multiple entrances, tenant parking, a lovely courtyard and well placed mail and delivery room, the building offers many conveniences.nI’m most impressed with the professionally appointed fitness center, the yoga studio and the beautiful communal space on the top floor.nThe design, the layout and the locations of these amenities lend themselves to true “lifestyle living” at The Sessile.nThe rooftop in the Summer is also a big win!
I have moved into these new builds when it first opened up. I enjoyed seen the progress they have made so far. However, there is a lot of negatives. The water pressure in the shower is very low. Also it feels like there is class system, as I stated I moved here when it first opened up, I have asked for parking inside the building since then, I kept getting told different things. When I seen people park their cars there I asked the receptionist how to get parking. I was told there was a fee, which I accepted. When I emailed the team they said there is no parking avaliable. There is no loyalty when this property.
My boyfriend and I have been living here for just over a month and we can't imagine ever leaving! It's so close to the tube, the orangery WFH/social area is stunning, our balcony looks into the gorgeous leafy oasis. Clay and Charles who work here are super friendly and helpful. The gym is next level!
