I went in to buy a new bed at 1 pm ,I explained I was sleeping on an air bed...UNBELIEVABLY! ...the manager had it delivered to my door within 45 mins...what a great set of people and some great bargains to be had..have a browse ,you won't be disappointed. .

Just bought a dining table and four chairs,a garden bench and a bird table all made from recycled materials I am very pleased with the finished work it is to a very high standard. The manager and staff at the workshop side of things are great,very professional and polite it's a shame the same can't be said of the warehouse side of the place. Here it all falls apart,the shop manager is totally unhelpful and has no time for his customers,he even tried to refuse to pick up some wood that I was donating to the reclamation side of the operation at the back of the building even though it had been ok'd two days before.On delivery of my items the table obviously would not fit through the front door,now all it would take to fix this was to remove four screws holding the table top to the base and it would go through no problem,I was then told by the delivery man that they weren't allowed to take the furniture apart. After showing him how easy it was to do he eventually proceeded to deliver it. I must also mention that out of the three items I ordered only the table was the correct item they brought from the shop. They brought the wrong bird table and the wrong garden bench..?? I had to get into my car and follow them back to the shop where I pointed out the items they should have delivered in the first place..!!They then delivered the correct items with much muttering and long faces. This whole experience with the shop side of the outfit spoiled an otherwise pleasant experience with the workshop side of things where they couldn't have been more helpful and the manager there was a pleasure to deal with,very helpful,polite and genuine in his approach to customers.
