Just in the process of having our entire upstairs and landing carpeted. The two guys fitting the carpet are still here in the process of installing -not far from finishing. What a superb job they have carried out, both meticulous and professional and to round it off - a pair of smashing lads. Very impressed, thumbs up from me all the way.

I have had good service from Selby Carpets previously but unfortunately on this occasion they sent to me two fitters with a very bad attitude. Their issue was that the old carpet to be pulled up was grubby. Well, of course it was grubby, that's why I was having new ones put in! I don't dispute that it could have been better presented but they really need a crash course in how to talk politely to customers in their own home. They also left the carpets dumped in my wheelie bin and on the drive, despite me having paid for them to be taken away. The showroom staff have always been polite and courteous, and I've never had issues with the company before, so I do think it's a couple of rogue employees. I hope they are dealt with, as such appalling attitudes will destroy Selby Carpets' hard-earned reputation.
