I am extremely disappointed by the way I have been treated by the manager and staff at Secure Store. 
Weeks prior to the end of my rental period I asked for a quote to continue. I spoke to a young staff member who quoted what I thought was a very reasonable price.
My rental period was due to end on the 30th Sept. On that day I went to pay to continue my rental. The manager presented me will a new quote £400 pounds more than the previous one!
My only option was to pay or move out. Both manager and staff have since apologised for quoting me the wrong price.
I had to remove all my belongings, the soonest I could arrange this was Monday (2nd Oct) morning at 8.30, I had to take time off work!
This morning  (a week later) I wake up to a letter from the Manager with my reduced deposit returned. He has charged me for two days rental when it was his fault. I believe he thought his rip off strategy may have worked, that I would have paid the extra £400, it didn’t! But to squeeze every penny out of me, is just not good business sense. It was his error and I did all I could, in the quickest time I could.
Don’t use this company, they don’t care what your predicament is, or whether they caused it, their aim is to fleece you for all they can get!

Have been using the Secure Store for a number of years, the staff are friendly, helpful and the prices are very reasonable, would recommend to anyone requiring additional storage

If I could give more stars I would.  The facilities are excellent, the staff are very friendly. And I have peace of mind knowing that my things are tucked away safely!

Kept some household items in The Secure - Store. Brilliant Staff, amazing facilities would recomend to anyone in need of extra storage!
