I was left really disappointed by my appointment. Firstly, I booked after contacting the spa to specifically check that the treatment included extraction. I was told all facials did. 
However, my treatment left my skin looking oily (to combat dehydration) but still needing to look clean and with lots of redness. I know from my own choice of products and previous facials that this is achievable.  During exfoliation certain areas like the nose and the outer nostril/cheek area were not managed and yet they are the areas where dirt often builds up (and glaringly obvious on my skin). The hand and arm massage during the face mask was more of a smoothing over with product and not worth it.

Over the neck area treatment was inconsistent, missing bits out from one side to another.  

Getting a card with products used is a bit passé and annoying as a sales ploy. 

For the same cost of treatment in London the quality is vastly different. This wasn't a treatment (and no chance to plan a course of treatments) so much as a way to relax for an hour.  I feel like I really wasted my money and am now calling other places to see if I can get what I need which means I pay twice. 

The staff members are friendly but this doesn't warrant the price tag.

I treated my 2 daughters to a spa day whilst we were on holiday in Amble - we thoroughly enjoyed our day from a lovely breakfast, enjoying the pool, steam room, sauna and jaccusi and our treatments I had a relaxing facial and the girls enjoyed a massage . We had a lovely lunch and finished our day with having our nails done !  Thanks for a relaxing, loving day.  We'd love to return,

Had such a relaxing day at spa, treatments were amazing. Def recommend this to anyone wanting to escape for a few hours. Def will back
