Staff were friendly, even though they where fully booked they offered for one of the women to cut my hair from the saloon, I thought it would be OK. It wasn’t I could tell she didn’t have much experience cutting men’s hair. It looked terrible worst haircut I have ever had. I had to drive half an hour to Ipswich to get a new haircut to try and recover from that butchering.

i take my mum every friday afternoon to have a wash/set
they greet my mum at door as she is 87 and a bit un steady on her feet.
guide her to the chair/take her coat,she gets a cup of tea and sweet to have while hair being dried.
this is real personal service which my mum loves
really is a 5 star experience they  give my mum.
