Really friendly top class service. Been going for years and now take kids too. Everyone takes great care and pride in their work and always treat you like family. Can not recommend highly enough

I was looking forward to getting my hair done after reading great reviews.  I was however left slightly disappointed.  My hair cut and colour were good so it is not a complaint of that nature.  I did however leave with more hair dye on my face and ears than I have ever had at home or any other salon! There was no form of barrier cream used and when I pointed it out at the end of my session (gown removed so I know they had every intention of letting me walk out like that) I was given one tiny piece of cotton wool and a half attempt was made at taking it off.  At this point I realised there was no regard for things like this and I was being a pain by pointing it out so I left and removed as much as I could myself when I got home before going for lunch as planned. Giving this had cost nearly 30% more than it would have at other salons I was very disappointed with the disregard.  In my opinion it is these finishing touches that make a salon able to charge top dollar.  For that reason I will not be returning.

I came to Franchesco to get a quick cut  meanwhile I got an amazing experience with an experienced stylist who really listened to what i want and cut me amazingly. The staff were also very friendly and it was a pleasure to go there. Definitely worth the slightly higher price than the average salon.
