I would leave zero stars if possible. For anybody that gets their eyelashes done or has thought about doing so DO NOT visit beauty by Ella. I followed the aftercare instructions however the eyelashes she told me would last 3 weeks, they never even lasted 24 hours. When asked for a refund as I am not confident in returning to get them 'fixed' and the same thing happening again, she refused and has also may I add not even been apologetic. Poor product, poor customer service, poor attitude. She accused me of picking the eyelashes off which I had spent £35 on ready for my holiday, wow!

Lovely lady! Will do anything for you. I had cancer and lost all my hair and when it grew back i used somebody else and they completly ruined it, she has turned it around and made it amazing again ill never go anywhere else!
