They told us to leave because my 4 year old nephew wanted to talk to his grandma whilst she was getting her haircut and I was standing next to him at the time. He was causing no harm at all.

Unfortunately you can't give less than one star! My partner wanted to get her haircut for the first time three years and decided to pop in supercuts as the one Tamworth is friendly and helpful and she always comfortable there, the Burton store couldn't have further from that! All she wanted was a dry cut about 6 inches to be taken off. She was TOLD she neended it to be washed first, fair enough she thought but didn't want to pay for a blow dry (nearly £10 extra for something that costs less than a quid!!!). After her hair was washed they demanded she had a blow dry and pay the extra and started being very rude, obnoxious and overwhelming three rude middle aged overbearing women telling her she doesn't know what she on about (level 3 qualified hairdresser with 10 years salon experience, and she doesn't know what she's on about haha). She ended up walking out as no body dereserves to be spoke to like that and the amount of up selling has ruined this place!! Disgusting

Very positive experience today. Only 2 ladies working so waiting time was longer than I would have liked but both staff apologetic for wait (though not their fault). Hair cut was worth the wait, nice chat with lady whilst she was working. Reasonable prices too. Definitely will be going there again.

It's a bit annoying that their company doesn't allow for bookings, but the staff are always lovely, attentive, and chatty. They even remembered my partner and I and asked how wedding planning is going etc! I was amazed as I'd only been once before, two months prior, when this happened! My hair is difficult to deal with but they always do an amazing job and the style they cut it to lasts for twice as long as I'm used to. Always impressed by service, handiwork, and price. Couldn't ask for more :)
