It’s always such a great experience going to The Salon. I had an awful balayage at a different hairdressers in Letchworth, and the wonderful Jade at The Salon worked a miracle and fixed it. I’ve been going to her ever since and would recommend her to anyone wanting a natural looking balayage. The first photo is my hair now, and the second is what it was like before Jade fixed it. She’s  friendly, professional and listens to exactly what you want!

I went to the Salon After finding Jodie on a random search on social media. I wanted to find a hairstylist that would have new ideas and could give me something different. I’m so glad I went, if you want someone to give you funky colours as well as an awesome shaggy haircut she is the one. She was very warming and welcoming. I loved her enthusiasm and passion for what she does as it resulted in an amazing new hairstyle/hair colours. I am excited to return to see what’s next ….Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars then I would because my experience with Jodie surpassed absolutely all expectations. From the moment I contacted Jodie she understood what I wanted and clearly talked me through what she planned on doing. I was unhappy with my colour and we discussed what was achievable without compromising my hair, I also had a treatment done  but it wasn’t a hard up sell like you get at some places, finishing off what an absolutely banging cut. I felt completely comfortable with her and the salon was lovely and had a great vibe. I have never walked away from a hair appointment loving my hair as much as I did yesterday.

Jodie is just remarkable at what she does. She’s makes sure to be thorough during the consultation and always brings my vision to life. She’s an absolute delight and I look forward to every appointment. I always walk out with a smile and amazing looking hair. Would recommend her to anyone!!Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Jess is the best hairdresser I've ever had. The Salon is always a good experience ; it is so welcoming and my whole family have loved it ever since we have found them!  Jess is such a bubbly and welcoming presence and is always so great with achieving the perfect colour or style whenever I've gone to her! If you want to know your in good hands, this girls the one to go to!

I went to the salon yesterday for my appointment with Jessica, I wasn’t having the best morning as I struggle with anxiety, this week it has been a struggle but Jessica settled me right down and gave me the most lovely experience! She talked to me step by step and made me feel so at home. My hair turned out better than I could have imagined and I left the salon feeling relaxed. If I could give 100 stars on here I would! First time visiting The Salon and I love it. Jodie was brilliant during the consultation, right to the end. It wasn’t possible to do the exact colour I asked for but she gave me other options and I’ve ended up with a colour I absolutely love it, along with a brilliant cut. An absolutely fantastic salon with lovely staff!! My daughter has her hair cut and styled by Jessica for the last couple and she has been absolutely fantastic with her!! Nothing is ever too much trouble and Serena loves the whole experience with her.

I visited Jodie first in November 22 for a birthday haircut and she put me at ease straight away! I explained ny lack of knowledge about my hair and my anxieties around Hairdressers. She has been absolutely phenomenal. So much so that when she launched the big reveal, I decided to trust her and give it a go! I am so so happy with my hair and can't wait to see people's reactions. I found hair colourist and stylist Jessica on Instagram as I was obsessed with her customers blonde balayage photos.  I am not from the area and get really nervous trying new hair salons but I cannot tell you how comfortable I was made to feel from the second I sat in Jess’ chair.  I have never experienced such a thorough and informative consultation. She took the time to delve into details I’d never even considered to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted and is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about what she does.  I am over the moon with my hair cut and am booked in for my balayage in a couple of weeks and can’t wait.  Please do not hesitate to book with Jess, you are in safe hands!Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling
