I would not recommend anyone go here to have their hair done. I went and had a haircut here seemed nice enough how wrong was I?. A young lady cut my hair when wet and at the end my hair was wavy so didn't notice anything out of sorts until I got home washed and dried it. When I looked in the mirror my eyes filled with tears I don't think I have ever seen a haircut so bad. It was uneven long bits short bits it was truly awful. Im not to complain but this was so bad that I felt I had to go talk to hairdressers. So I went in first thing the next day and show the man my hair and explained how upset I was and was totally unexpectable. He said he will get the lady who cut in the first place to even it out but my hair was short enough and really didn't want her to do it in the fear I'd end up with shorter hair than it already was and why when she did a awful job of it would I want her near my hair so I told the man this. He never apologised once and said he wasn't go to refund me I didn't except this and I would have to go to another hairdresser to get it sorted and cost even more so I said I should have a refund for what looks like someone just hacked at my hair it's very unfair. He was rude and said no but I felt I was entitled after the upset it caused and the cost to get it sorted more out of principle than anything. Still no apology so I said "if you do not refund me I will stand here and show every potential customer my haircut you did as I don't have work today so I have enough all day" He was very rude asked how much it was and chuck the money on the counter at me and shouted "have a nice life and day I chose to reply with" I will" and took my money and told him he was very rude and unprofessional. I went to another 2 hairdressers before finally getting a slot but all the hairdresser were in shock and said that was unacceptable and really felt for me so I knew then I hadn't over reacted. They said it was that bad he should have apologised and refund me without hesitation very unprofessional. I finally got my hair sorted that day but had to have it shorter as the cut was that bad and a massive block chunk at side of my head was a challenge but she did a wonderful job in making it look better. Life lessons I will never go anywhere else now other than the lady who did a lovely job on fixing my hair.
