Lovely hidden gem with amazing coffee. Milk alternatives available and the oat flat white was one of the best I've had. Potion sizes were huge...we each ordered a portion of the wedges with garlic mayo but could easily have shared 1 between us. Really reasonably priced and the cakes looked incredible. Staff were friendly and efficient, would definitely return
Love this place, great food, do gluten free as well. Sandwiches, pies and desserts are amazing. Really enjoyed the potato wedges actually. Can get busy but sunny days in the garden area are bliss
This place is outstanding. I ordered my picnic for my son's birthday, when I arrived to collect I had fat fingers ordered accidentally for the next week. Not a problem, they quickly pulled my order together there and then. I have to say it was absolutely delicious and great value for money. I would highly recommend this venue, its fabulous. Thank you so much.
Stopped off for some lunch. Red pepper and lentil soup with a slice of quiche lorraine. Very tasty, would highly recommend. Would also highly recommend booking, gets very busy! Also very dog friendly.
Fantastic cafe open from 8.30 every day. Great range of quality food available at a reasonable price. Staff are friendly and a brilliant range of items available to buy. Plus it's a bakery too..
My wife and I got a voucher for the running fox. We went to longframlington Had tea for two, there was that much we had to take some home to have the next day. It was truly scrumptious . The staff were fantastic as was the service would highly recommend .
Stayed 4 days in the area and went here on 3 of the days for bread, coffee and some delicious treats! All lovely and staff very friendly. Flapjack particularly deeelish! Cafe area looked really nice even though I didn't have time to eat in but if the takeaway selection is anything to go by, then this will be a great place for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. Will definitely visit again when in the area. Highly recommended.
Had breakfast here while staying locally and cannot recommend it highly enough. We had the full breakfast and when it came it was amazing, top quality produce so much that we enquired where the sausages came from and bought some before we left....it was of course the local butcher see separate review definitely visiting again when we are next up there
Called into the running fox at Longframlington for the first time today on the way to a house viewing . We were in a rush, our own fault, but wanted to check it out. The staff were lovely and accommodating despite being a saturday lunchtime peak. Our 2 year old loved it even more, wish he looked at his parents the way he looks at this pain au chocolat!! Thank you - can't wait to be back when we have more time!! One of the meany reasons we want to move from Leeds and be locals!
Excellent little tea room with an enticing selection of savoury and sweet items. They do offerings for young people too, which were incredibly good value. Between us we had a wide selection of sandwiches, pie, scones and cakes, all of which were excellent on quality and portion size. Staff really friendly and patient with our baby being in tow and making a mess. It was too cold on our visit but there is an outside seating area which looked like it would be nice in pleasant weather. Accepted credit card. It's pretty small so recommend booking in advance or ringing ahead before making a special trip out to visit here. Staff are ready to provide boxes to take food home if you can't finish it- doubt many will! Has a small selection of pretty rare local ales, nice to see but nothing exciting for good quality craft beer drinkers. For that the venue is though, it's good.
