Called In last minute for a Sunday dinner. Party of 7. All had Sunday lunch with x1 having a special of rabbit stew followed by home made deserts. It was absolutely delicious. Not one plate wasn’t empty. Highly recommended

Fantastic local pub serving home made food and local beers. We booked to get a table during a busy 'yorkshire night' event while staying in the town for a few nights and couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. The food was fantastic and the price was extremely reasonable.
Lovely meal for the 8 of us at lunchtime today. I had fish and chips which came with amazingly tasty homemade tartare sauce. Great service too.
