Good pub. Good service. Good beer. I didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food. There are bus stops nearby for the 555 bus that runs hourly, which can get you to Walton on Thames station in 10 minutes.

brought my 2 little sisters here today for food, service was lovely and one of the bar team returned one of their water bottles that we’d left outside to us which was much appreciated !nfood was very nice, got 3 small plates and kids got the tenders and the pizza. she didn’t like the pizza but all the rest was amazing  will be back soon

We came for the first time today with friends and kids for a Sunday roast.We sent an enquiry for a table reservation at 2 pm ,at 1:58, our booking was cancelled, and we were already there after 20min walking.nThe owner was almost annoyed when I was trying to explain what happened. He gave us a table there were many free tables inside, but he told us we couldn't order the roasts because we haven't booked the day before ?!!,fair enough!!!We ordered food and drinks ...we didn't wait much but we had to ask for cutlery and tissues and straws for the kids.Food was ok...but we didn't like the attitude and the not friendly welcome !!!o We Probably won't come back again...

A large looking pub that I think shrinks a bit on the inside, which I think gives it a nicer feel. Lots of outdoor seating in the front and the back and wheelchairs should have very little problems getting around this place - loads of room. The staff were lovely and happy to have a chat, giving us little snippets of information on the local area. The Guinness was excellent as was the Harvey's Sussex Best.

Really nice pub. Good staff and excellent food. There is some outdoor seating with TVs.
