The Roost Restaurant is a small family run restaurant which serves modern cuisine using seasonal, fresh, local ingredients.

Story

The restaurant strives to use ingredients from Perthshire wherever possible, and failing that, Scottish products. The restaurant itself is a former henhouse and is located on the outskirts of the village of Bridge of Earn. With only a 30 cover dining room, a very relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere with professional and attentive service is brought to both lunch and dinner services. The restaurant serves the local community, as well as having a customer base from the surrounding areas of Fife, Kinross, North Perthshire and others. Many of our customers visit us as much as twice a week to enjoy the seasonal menus we offer.

Such an enjoyable experience. Superb quality of food and service. Excellent  choice for all the party - notably vegetarians and children very well catered for. First time we had visited and we will be back very soon. Everyone loved it.

Amazing food as per usual!

The food was just delicious and plenty of covid-19 precautions in place to reassure you.  The pork belly starter was amazing.

Fantastic head chef and 2nd in command with a novel menu which will tantalise the taste buds to the state of euphoria. Can't recommend enough. Hidden  on the way to the Highlands.

Great Sunday lunch. We loved the food and the service. Is was nice finding out a little from the owner about the background of the restaurant. It adds to the charm of this little place. The warmth and cosiness you find yourself surrounded by as you walk in is all due to the charming family that owns it.

Excellent food in a nice peaceful environment.
