Came this morning within an hour of calling him. Had a difficult job on his hands as we have no apparent manhole cover of access point to the drainage system and had a nasty block in the pipes. He kept at it where others would have given up, located and removed the blockage and having spent in excess of the allotted time he refused to charge us for any more than the hour he'd quoted. A really nice chap to talk to, easy to work with and honest, too. There aren't too many like this left and he'll be the only person I call for any further drainage problems in the future. Top guy!
