Booked and paid for a function only to be told they don’t want children at the place in the day then when I went to collect my money the place looked like it needed a good clean anyhow and an update.Food: 2/5
Always here with the kids, ideal place to eat, nice and clean, staff are lovely and good range of food. Sunday carvery is beautiful!
Love this place. It doesn't have great decor or anything but it is homely and comfortable. Had Sunday roast today. Meats were so tasty and succulent. Loads of.veg options and Toasties and mash. With loads of gravy. Our favourite place for a roast Service really friendly. Gutted they have taken moretti out but Cruzcampo ok. Great value. Give it a go.
Brilliant food not greasy ideal for pensioners upto 4 o'clock. Value for money even the toilets were very clean. I do slimming world and would go back without hesitation the owners and staff were absolutely fantastic I would rate this out of 100 plus 100Food: 5/5

Be warned!! the Menu is misleading. I ordered "The Big Hunters Chicken" from the Big bites section on the bar menu. A more fitting description would have been "The loosen at least two holes in your belt Chicken"!! The feed was huge and a bit of a challenge to conquer but i persevered. Good grub, friendly staff and fantastic value for money. 5 star.
Really nice pub friendly staff excellent menu value for money , daughter and youngest granddaughter had a roast dinner, oldest granddaughter and me had a shearing platter no one could fault the food. Will definitely be going back .Food: 4/5
Just been for a meal. Yes that was good but.... wherever you sat there was very loud televisions showing football not local matches. We couldn't talk as the sound was so loud. Left very quickly after our meal. Turnpike pub is heaven compared to this. Not relaxing at all. Sorry but we won't be back.
