Great bar. Great service with some great deals during the week. Throw in a good atmosphere and plenty of TVs for live sports and helpful staff and you have a great night out.Service: 4/5
Love going to the rock. It has everything. Music , beer, pool table, TVs. Great staff. Couldn't ask for more. Tucked away up highburgh road so don't forget that it's there. Bands in on Friday nights, I saw 24t last night, great blend of acoustic rock blues and pop. Even though I don't like pop music I still enjoyed the rest haha. Get down to the rock for a cracker
Was there for the quiz Thursday had a great night , great atmosphere and the guy with short blonde hair couldn't have been more helpful. Definitely gonna go again Service: 5/5

What can I say, this pub has seen me through many a mile stone- starting a degree, moving house, people I love leaving, people i don’t know becoming some of my best friends. Through the turbulence of my early twenties, the only constant I’ve had is The Rock. They’ve become a beacon of hope for all those lost in the soup of early adulthood. Thank you, I love you very dearly- molly, Sasha, jasmine now departed for greener pastures : et al. This has been an institution of good vibes and will forever hold a place in my tiny withered heart.
Held my 20th birthday there with 20 people service was great, pub quiz is sensational and live music is always a blastFood: 5/5
