Exceptional service by very personable bartenders. Today we dropped by the Rivoli bar for a champagne cocktail before afternoon tea - we sat up at the bar as we like to be where the action is ! Wonderful cocktails and we were given such a warm and  intimate welcome - drinks taken to our table for tea  afterwards - also door staff were the icing on the cake as we left - so genuine- so professional- so kind - thanks to everyone today

Amazing way to treat yourself with a close friend or your partner. The service was impeccable as you would expect.. All the waiters were really attentive. Cocktails were perfect! Lovely atmosphere with live music coming from the hall that’s shared with the restaurant. Dress code is smart but casual, no need for a tie.. Paid around 25£ for each cocktail but definitely worth every penny.  Thanks Michele for the really careful and friendly service!

We went there to celebrate our friends’ engagement news with some champagne. I liked the overall “The Ritz” experience. They even iced our glasses before pouring the champagne, so that was a nice touch. We also tried their espresso martini, which was delicious. The hotel and all the vibe felt all really fancy however the decoration of the bar can be enhanced. It felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. Overall a pleasent experience.

I made a reservation for the bar and we came along on Thursday. The doormen were very attentive as are all the staff. We had a club sandwich and fries which was lovely, 2 cocktails, a mocktail and some champagne. I was very impressed with my Clarity mocktail. As it is The Ritz, people are still trying to get in wearing trainers or not dressing accordingly, so I think reading the dress code before you try to get in is a must. My only complaint as a disabled person, is the accessible toilet by the cloakroom, it has a very unpleasant odour, and has done on my last few visits.

The service and atmosphere tells everything. Loved a glass of champagne after a super cold beer. They poured a a bit of champagne for me to taste before too! Also they served a small nibbles on arrival. Thanks. Good to experience this place while visiting London.Food: 5/5

Was denied service here on a Monday night an hour before they closed was basically empty because the man in the lobby said they have a strict dress code and I was wearing “flip flops.” I was wearing nice evening sandals with hard soles, not flip flops. Their website says they have a “smart casual” dress code which my shoes would be perfectly fine for, was very disappointed to not be let in when he was wrong about my shoes. The place was beautiful inside, glad I didn’t have to give it my money though.

Visited The Rivoli Bar on New Year’s Day for a treat and it was definitely worth the splurge! Beautiful decor, lovely atmosphere, impeccable service and cocktails made for us that were not on the menu. A day to remember and my favourite five star hotel in London.Food: 5/5
