Nice food - very generous portions. The Fresh Tomato Salad started is tiny and literally consisting of a tomato (sliced) a few bits of onion and a lettuce leaf. Mixed Grill is a nice generous portion and worth it (quality!) Very young waiters and waitresses (likely to be children of the owners - also working their) but overall great service.

This was a family meal out for 9 of us. We had a very warm welcome and great service. The food was cooked to our preference, the portion sizes were generous and everyone was very pleased. Prices are reasonable too. Overall an excellent visit. The only problem is that my mother is celiac and the only starter she could have was tomato salad. In utself, not a problem - she likes tomato salad. But when it arrived it was all tomato, a few pieces of red onion and two tiny pieces of salad leaves. About 20p worth of salad for which we were charged £5! Everything else was good value, but that one dish was a complete rip off.

Lovely family run place with nice food 😊 Campsite, open Mike, pool table, allows dogs in bar and function room upstairs.

Went out of season in our camper but showers were bitterly cold. Food was good and the owners were friendly.

A lovely welcome, all staff are very friendly.    Good food.  Traditional style restaurant.  Children welcome.  Disabled access.  Games room. TV.
