Absolutely useless, been waiting 3 months to get help after a serious accident all I got told is to take some multivitamin when I’ve got neurological problems after a serious accident. Also almost impossible to get through to the clinic, the phone is always turned off. The only option is to wake up at 7am to access the online booking system which is annoying. Avoid

Just only registered to the local doctors, regretted it Halifax beachwood medical centre was way more responsive when I needed to be seen.

Nice receptionist but condescending nurses and bad communication between doctors/staff making patients waste their time. Ever since these surgeries merged the quality has went even more downhill

I have been a registered patient for 6 months now, and still to see a G.P face to face. Diagnosed with a condition, which women are the higher risk factor, without the required examination or xrays to actually confirmed if correct condition. My husband is still awaiting follow up promised contact, regarding a condition diagnosed after cancer treatment. With over 31000 patients registered, its all about the numbers not the care. Hoping to register back at my old practice P.D.Q.

My 84 year old grandmother was fastracked to the hospital. They told me to call her Gp to arrange some bloods and antibiotics. Every time I call I’m in the que for over an hour! This is not acceptable.nnMy gp has the same amount of patients and I’m never more than 10th in the que and get through in about 15 mins!nnThey need to rethink their system because this is ridiculousnnThey’re keen to push econsults but it always says temporarily unavailable so that’s useless
