Attended a specialist appointment clinic on a busy Friday evening. Excellent service from all staff encountered; reception, auxiliary and medical. Polite, professional and extremely efficient. The building was clean and well maintained and I will happily attend again.
Amazing medical centre, have been going here my whole life. I always speak to Farzana the staff at Ashwell, she is amazing. Always listens to my concerns and gets me the best advice, she is very friendly and approachable. Always up for a laugh. Thank you for the best support advice and chat whenever I pop down
Made an appointment at 11am with doctor i asked for a blood test and they managed to do it while i was waiting. Farzana did my bloods, i initially saw three test tube bottles and thought no! It went so smooth without any pain and was left without bruising. The receptionist was very helpful also but didnt get her name. Overall best gp practitioners going. Thank You

The receptionist farzana, is absolutely brilliant, a really caring person. Always listens to my concerns, shows empathy, she is a caring and compassionate person. She is an asset to ashwell medical centre.nnI work full time and find it difficult to attend appointments but farzana is really understanding about this and will try and find a suitable time for me to attend. She is always friendly and has a smile on her face when approached and has very good people skills.
