I would like to praise the medical centre I attended for an out of hours appointment. The girl at the reception I believe was called Zara is a credit to the surgery she attended myself with a smile on her face and in a welcoming manner. I hope all staff at the surgery are as kind and remorseful as her a true role model. The appointment I had was in a swift manner and waiting area was comfortable to sit in. Well Done!! I would like to thank the receptionist for always giving me an appointment, they are really helpful with everything not had any issues with them Farzana is the most loveliest women ever always so joyful and helpful to patients. Doctors are also amazing would definitely recommend to family and friends
One of the best surgeries I have ever worked with , Rabia the receptionist is very professional always has a smile on , very welcoming & helpful . Her and Razwana have made me feel so comfortable working here , everything was explained to me so thoroughly and I found it easy to work with these lovely ladies . Every problem/issue they have been there to help me. The practice looks amazing all around and the staff are brilliant . Definitely recommend being a patient here & working at this practice .
I had a physio appointment 20th June 24, this was the first time I had visited Ashwell Medical Centre.nI was so surprised to find such a bright, spacious, peaceful and exceptionally clean Medical Centre.nFarzana the receptionist was so lovely and very, very helpful upon my registering my arrival with her. I proceeded to the waiting and noticed a water station, however no cups. I went back to see the lovely young girl Farzana again and asked for a cup as I'd got a tablet stuck down my throat which was a little uncomfortable. Farzana said she would bring one to me. In the mean time Jack the physio called me in for my appointment!nWithin seconds there was a knock on the door and there stood Farzana with my cup of water, how very kind and true to her word.nShe certainty is very professional and an asset to your beautiful Centre. Most certainly employee of the month in my eyes if you have such a thing in your establishment.nAs for Jack the physio he too was lovely, very professional, understanding and easy to talk to.nI will look forward to my next visit in a month's time.nThank you Farzana & Jack xx
Amazing doctors and amazing admin staff. All the doctors are such hardworking ! They pay in 101% effort and so do the admin staff. Extremely happy with them all. For some reason if I don’t get an appointment it’s totally understandable and they do be very busy. Thankyou Ashwell !
