Nice location, dog friendly, great little beer garden across the road. A good range of beers albeit a little 'safe'. Usually kept in good condition at a reasonable price. The beer festival they hold is also highly recommended.

It's worth a visit for the choice of real ales alone and at good prices, seeing as it's a free house. The food is freshly prepared and the burgers are amazing. However for some reason they don't want to serve sandwiches at lunchtime. A sausage open sandwich is the only option. Bizarre.

Fabulous bar staff. Food and drinks offerings were good too.

Nice staff. Beautiful landlady. Good food, dog friendly. A real Cornish Gem. I Love this pub.
