Recently been refurbished. New order-your-own screens/tills. Still ordered up at the counter for my order. Smart look around the restaurant now, new screens displaying menu items and current meals. Also a direct view into the kitchen now. The worker behind the till was friendly and I believe was new as required some help placing my order from another member of staff, which I didn't mind. The tables were being wiped very quickly after people left them, almost to no rubbish on tables. On mine however, the table was clean which is the most important thing. But, under the table was a patch of what I think was coke, becoming all sticky as my shoe went in it as I was sitting down. Which wasn't very pleasant. When the food arrived, my order was correct (had some issues before with other McDonald's having wrong food coming). But the presentation of the burger wasn't too great, too much lettuce inside and burger all falling down all slanted (view image). Had to make the burger straight myself by removing a lot of the lettuce and placing the patties in centre. The chips weren't very hot either so I went up to the counter to get a replacement batch. The manager Ethan was very quick and helpful to resolve the issue and said he'll put on some fresh chips and bring them over ASAP. The new fries were very hot but didn't have too much or no salt at all on them. I suppose that's what the salt packets are for. Overall I will return again to this McDonald's. The issues honestly aren't too serious and the staff were very friendly.

Better than pool and Truro. To be fair roadkill is better than truros. This one is always clean, service is good and food to spec and hot.

Newly refurbished with tablets for kids, outdoor play area. Lovely and clean inside.

Avoid busy times as you will have a long wait, otherwise clean and friendly
