Can't completely knock them because I have had 1 good experience but the 2nd time was frustrating. 
4 people in the house and I was downstairs, they tried to tell me they attempted delivery when I called the following day to query. 

I called back because I remembered we were all home and downstairs. No option to collect my item as they don't do delivery on the weekend and the item was in their van

However 10 minutes later the woman did call back and said they could deliver today.

The driver came to the door and when I asked him if he rang the correct door yesterday he suggested I may have been sleeping, right after I told him two of us were sitting having a chat in the room downstairs.

Poor overall attitude and a bit cheeky to be honest but worth using if you don't have time to drop and collect items

Just don't send anything you need back by a specific time.

Service from this place was excellent!! Myself and a work colleague dropped in some overalls while working with no issues at all, very welcoming place! Shame I didn't live closer to use them again. Thanks

Great service and really nice staff.  Nothing is ever too much hassle.  Have yet to be let down by them in the year I have been going here

Thank you very much to the lovely lady attending the shop today. I have a small melt down with ironing my dress for a friends wedding which was a difficult material to iron. She took the dress with no problems (thought she might not as it was only one item) called me around 2 hours later to come pick it up and only took £5 from me :)
