Visited on a Sunday lunchtime. Arrived to find a queue of about 15 in front of us. 5 minutes later we were shown to a table because the people infront of us were waiting for larger tables we were a party of 2 The staff were very friendly and cleared the tables promptly. The food was nice, not as much choice as other buffet locations - but the lower price reflects this. Love the refill drinks option! Would definitely go back if I was in Hull again.
What a mess staff and management in front of door no maintenance inside queue and dine in place. No Communication staff each other what a bad lacking and bad customer service , specially Staff Mr Benny doesn’t know customer service at all. Food quality not bad. But dishes are empty most of the time no filling up no attention at all. No toilet clean. Management and business owner must sort out staff employees, other wise customer pay for food not for empty dishes and definitely not for bad customer service…
To be honest the food qualities and the price in the town centre are unbeatable. It’s a buffet with a long queue but still you could get in within 30 mins. Food is beyond my expectations and the staff are kind and friendly, highly recommended if you need for some exotics oriental food.
All you can eat buffet in the Food Court St Stephen's Hull. I enjoyed eating here, staff very friendly and helpful. Only dropped one star as I'm a vegetarian and there was no protein, other than the egg in the egg fried rice and nothing was labelled. When I arrived, the staff allowed me to look at what was on offer and pointed put the vegetarian dishes. I didn't think to ask if they'd got a menu board similar to the one at the front, I assume they have a file for allergies etc??? Accessibility: Good, lifts located St Stephens main entrance and escalators. Level front entrance. Car Parking: Pay and display round the back, free voucher if you shop at Tesco's. On arrival: Wait to be greeted, then pay for your meal and drink at the bar, then your seated. I went at lunchtime. Food: I enjoyed my selection, onion rings were soft. Pudding was limited but nice, tinned fruit peaches and pears, fresh melon but part if the white rind was in each chunk. There was also cake and icecream that I did not try. Toilets: Yes and in the main Mall disabled
This was our second visit to The Real China, and we were not disappointed. Service and atmosphere were excellent. The food was great, especially if you eat meat. As vegetarians, we would have liked to see more veggie options. Plenty of veg and rice, but apart from the Spring Rolls, no other specific vegetarian options are available. Vegetarian options: Limited
This place is in St Stephen's shopping centre, the first floor. When I went there we a pay 23,90 pounds for two person, and we can eat everything. It's like buffet. Meal is a large selection Asian food , chicken, soups, salads, fruits, desert, ice cream... All food is taste. I will recommend this place.
First time and I found it really good. 4 of us cost £44 including free refills, and all you can eat. Good selection of Chinese and English cuisine and a nice atmosphere. No feeling of being rushed and the wait staff were quick to remove used plates. All in all I was happy with my visit and will visit again. Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian section - not sure about vegan friendly but there was a good selection. Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids in the place and the staff were patient with them. Parking: St Stephens has stacks of parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: Lifts to the floor and tables have removable chairs. Dietary restrictions: My wife cannot have lactose foods and she was fine after we ate there. She had a good selection.
Nice food and good price. I have popped in for dinner. It was good for food choices as they have load of foods such as starter, main cause, and dessert. The seafood looks nice and tasty. If they have more fresh fruit it will be great. The one suggestion is about ice box should be drain and keep clean.
The food is of decent quality and the decor is certainly authentic. Good prices to, compared with other 'all you can eat' style places I've been to in other cities. It's not going to blow you away, but it's pretty good. Doesn't quite match a takeaway in my opinion, but a solid effort. Classic chinese buffet service. Aimed at getting you in and out, rather than making sure your time there is enjoyable. But that's a running theme in these sorts of places. It's a business after all. Overall, I'd say give it a visit!
Amazing choice of food at a reasonable entry price. Bottomless drinks are available which is a great accompaniment to the food. Both main meal and desert options available constantly kept full so nobody goes without. Staff are friendly and quick to clear tables. Authentic friendly atmosphereFood: 5/5
