I went into store last week, they have no heating & it was cold, there was lots of choice.nA guy had taken a bathroom cabinet back & the guy behind the counter got a screwdriver & a pair of pliers & totally embarrassed the customer, the problem isn't the cabinet it was that he didn't know how to adjust it.

I love the Range in stafford, the staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of everything. I have to be honest and say this is my favourite shop in the world. It's my literal one-stop shop for Christmas. Perfect for all the family.
I Love The Range but our local store has broken heating and over the last few weeks it's absolutely FREEZING in there! All the staff are wearing hats, gloves and coats! It's uncomfortably cold and not a pleasant place to be, I feel sorry for the staff having to work like that.
Not the best of visits, I use this store quite frequently but yesterday I popped in for a helium birthday balloon. However they were 'out the back ' as the store staff were doing a stock take so they couldn't let me have one. I had to venture into town instead.
