The Range has a great range of home wares. Their craft section is well stocked with different items for different crafts. You always find something useful when browsing the aisles. Every time I've been the service at the checkout counters has been fast and efficient and polite. Will be recommending to others.

I called into the range today,19/8/2017 to enquirer about a product I wish to purchase.I stood at the customer service station,whilst what I and my daughter thought that the staff member was seeing to a customer who was there when we arrived.However after sometime I realized that they were having a private conversation and continued knowing we were there.After approximately 8 minutes or so we decided to leave and I let it be knowing I was not happy,the staff member tried to make out he was a customer which I know and she knows was a friend and not a customer.If it's more important to have a conversation with friends then to speak to customers then I will not be returning to this shop and would strongly let family and friends know what they can expect,if this is the attitude that there staff have,hopefully not all are like this.
