We were in today Sunday 5 weeks before Christmas so you expect the place to be busy... there wasn't room to move. Massive pallets piled high in the middle of aisles with no room either side for a trolly. Staff walking aimlessly around with nothing in their hands, not even trying to marshal the flow of people around the shop. Several people had to LIFT their trollies over the corners of pallets or display items on the floor. We expect things to be busy at Christmas time but so should you. Opening time is 1pm on a Sunday, there's ample time to stock before customers swarm the building.
Good selection of goods for house and garden however some areas of it are soo untidy, there are random products on pallets and in cages everywhere. Also difficult to find the price of an item, price labels are often wrong. A shambles for what should be a great store.
Visted last week for the 1st time for the xmas stuff. Absolutely amazing selection of xmas products and priced sensibly. Will definitely be returning soon with the family for round 2nGreat parking available and bathrooms are available
A great store with a cornucopia of products to suit every need.
I did enjoy shopping at the Range in Portadown. It has lots of options especially when it comes to lighting and cushions.nThe customer service was on point. The only downside is not a lot of options for Ice Land inside the shop but overall as I said is a good experience.
