Shop is very cramped. I had a member of my family in the store in a wheelchair. Staff were unbelievably rude. We couldn't get the wheelchair moved around a certain display. I gently moved it about 5 inches to get around it with the intention of moving the display back. Staff member stormed over like thunder and told us to go the long way round. 1 star doesn't even cover how bad it was. We Will NOT be back to the Portadown store.
Not the cheapest but they don't claim to be . Great selection of goods have items no one else stocks . Iceland in-store is a franchise so you can't save /spend on your Iceland bonus card . Even though prices are identical . All in all a good experience here . Lovely staff very helpful
Good selection of homeware, craft products, garden products. Their refund or exchange policy is not the best,make sure your not going to return a item its not a good experience.
I am not a nasty or negative person but my most recent visit was the worst customer service in all my life. I was insulted by a member of staff and treated so badly it is difficult to believe.
Variety of house products and furniture and DIY projects materials for a reasonable price. Also have wee corner with freezers and stuff from Iceland shop.
Always so fun. Everything you need and didn't know you needed until you are there. I came in with a basket and left with a trolly. Warning if you come here you will probably come home with no money and stuff you realise you really didn't need but wanted at the time.
What is there to say about a shop that sells almost everything anyone could want - I went looking for Xmas lights - the place is coming down with them- with the help of a friendly Range person I got what I needed and off I went - good service with a smile
This shop was well stocked and priced the staff however were unhelpful and just short of rude
Went in for a look around and was viewing puzzles for children when approached by a staff member who seemed polish but definitely of foreign nationality who was rude aggressive and ignorant and accused us of opening boxes and mixing up puzzles we had only lifted one each to decide which to buy. I was flabbergasted. I pointed out both boxes were sealed and we were Not mixing puzzles nor ever had any intention of doing so. She then told us to move on and leave them down as we were destroying her display. Very rude and embarrassing for us. Needless to say I was furious. Tried to find staff member to complain to but couldn't find any we had intended to purchase 3 wall canvases and a large mirror which we liked after that welcome we came out with nothing. If that the way they treat genuine customers they won't be getting our money. Customer service not worth 1 star.
I absolutely love the range! The selection of household accessories is amazing. Theres so much under one roof, the quality is great and prices are affordable. I dont often shop in The Range in Portadown because I find the store layout confusing, all the departments are spread out over a large area and I havnt got on to the layout yet. I shop in the Derry store which is more simply laid out but then again I know that store better, staff in portadown were more than helpful, al in all it was a great days shopping, I bought several items for my bathroom!
