I found this shop with poor quality service from staff including one that works there for a long time that didn't had patience and arrogant . And about the shop that says is a Master in selling toys is very poor in quality and is very boring.
Went in to buy a couple of board games. Went and picked them before returning to the checkout. The one cashier in store was over with a customer talking and instead of excusing herself to serve us, stayed with them. We were patient and stood there for 15 minutes before we realised that she just wasn't going to bother. We left and had to go to Argos instead. About 3 minutes later we had our items. I'm not one to write bad reviews but in this instance the customer service was so shocking I thought I had better.
I think this store has great space for looking at toys and if there is something you are unable to find , the staff are so helpful and know straight away where to bring you to . I would recommend this toymaster to anyone it is most definitely the best , but if you are shopping for Christmas do so early so you get what you want before it is sold out . But if it was me I would go here first.
