Seems a little chaotic in here. I know its called the Range by name but didnt quite expect products to strewn everywhere including rugs resting on the floor of the aisles not in the rack. There seem to boxes everywhere and someone must be having a joke with the deflated hot tubs. The same guinea pig food is about 3.70 at Home Bargains. To finish, I think I was barely noticed by the the girl at the till who continued her conversation with a colleague about something as equally pointless as visiting this store.
love the variety of products sold here! absolutely in awe of the autumnal/christmas decorations which appear around late August each year, all are great additions to the house. honestly, anything you can think of will most likely be sold here, even a garden centre is attached which provides a great range of plants & flowers, all of whom are well looked after!
AVOID. WARNING. Unacceptable company RETURNS policy. Do NOT even offer an Exhange never mind a Return after only 14 days! This term is tiny and printed on the reverse of a receipt that is virtually unreadable it’s that small. Other shops offer 28-30 days, B&Q 90! and many do no quibble refunds, AND nearly all will offer an exchange. The Range do not!? All I was trying to do was bring some unused and unopened picture frames back worth £13, after 3 weeks and was looking to exchange them for anything else. No. No. NO. Very annoyed. Well they LOST a customer today. At this rate and with these terms and Jobsworth Award staff and managers don’t be surprised for The Range to bite the dust in the near future in these very testing challenging times.
Fantastic shop well stocked with a wide range of goods. Easy parking. Decent prices. But what really stood out to me was the staff. The ladies on the tills we're super friendly. And last but by no means least.... Wayne! What a brilliant man! So very friendly and helpful. He helped us purchase a large ornamental Vespa, brought it out and carefully packed it in our car. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Top bloke
Avoid, ordered item in store, and they sent wrong item.They dont want to know when you try to solve the problem by returning.They become invisible, the store fobs you off with, it comes direct, even though you paid in store, no answers to chat help, no answer from store manager.and their returns policy 14 daysnThis is the first and last time I buy anything off them, furniture wise.n3wks for them to reply, then I am told I ordered it wrong, even though the store ordered it.nSo finaly got them to collect it, at my cost,on an arranged day,then I'm informed the courier says its incorrectly packaged, even though no one came to my house and I was at home waiting, looking out for the courier..nBack to email tennis in hope
