I had bad experiences with returns . BEWARE IF YOU BOUGHT IT KEEP THEN YOU KEEP IT.. IT IS THERE POLICY. Better of buying online stores at least if you are not happy you can get a return or refund.

Low on stock means you have to wait and come back. I was sold the wrong vacuum and the staff just couldn't be less bothered. I love Argos but I'd sooner go to a larger Argos store. Wouldn't be surprised if this shop closed down anytime soon.

Had a terrible experience with staff member named Gareth. He was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. I came into store to request a replacement of a faulty item. The product was within its so called 30 day money back guarantee. At first Gareth declined, saying that the store could not do anything about this and suggested I contact the manufacturer directly. Once I got home I couldn’t get through to the manufacturer therefore, I decided to call Argos Customer Service who were quite surprised to hear that I had been asked to do this in the first place and suggested I go back into store and return it there. Upon arrival at the store the second time, Gareth again came across very rude saying that the product works when he had clearly seen the fault and instead accused me of lying which frustrated me even further as this was the second time I had come into store regarding this! Bottom line is that Argos really need to get rid of such staff members who have no idea of how they should treat customers!!!! I wouldn’t recommend Argos Bradford Foster Square at all!

Had a horrible experience to deal with a store duty manager Aisha. She is so difficult to deal and acaused for something never said. I had a laptop with breakdown cover with the product. Due to a missing key I took the item to the store to get this fixed or replaced. I was referred to the number on the receipt to deal with the breakdown company working on behalf of Argos. The person on the phone advise as the item was bought within 45 day the store should replace it there and spoke to the manager to replace it as it comes under manufacture fault but she refused by saying they should deal with it. She pretended that she had taken a second opinion and now waiting for another store manager to look at. I would not recommend Bradford Forster square store at all.
