Used to work there for a short time, great experience and fantastic staff colleagues, also a short walk from home

The staff there went beyond the call of duty when my wife asked for the display tree and a set of out of stock display light up robins. Luckily I was wearing a mask which hid the grin from ear to ear. What absolute stars! Top marks for customer service!

3 items out of stock, sewing section very poor and no where near all the crafting items.

Not the best today, obviously been very busy and not had time to recover standards. Staff polite and helpful as usual though.
